A hidden paradise where white sand, turquoise waters, and tropical forest create one of Guanacaste’s most beautiful beach escapes.
Playa Rajada is a pristine coastal gem on Costa Rica's northwestern peninsula, where turquoise waters lap against powdery white sand framed by dense tropical dry forest. Sheltered within Salinas Bay, the beach offers exceptionally calm, crystalline waters perfect for swimming and snorkeling, with visibility that reveals the underwater world below. The lush canopy of native trees creates a natural amphitheater of shade, while the relative isolation from mainstream tourism preserves its peaceful, unhurried atmosphere. Whether you arrive at dawn to catch the sunrise painting the bay gold or settle in for an afternoon of quiet reflection, Playa Rajada rewards those seeking authentic coastal beauty away from crowds.
